Technical Description MVI56-MDA4：

The MVI56-MDA4 module has the following minimum hardware requirements

Software Components: Rockwell Automation ControlLogix™ processor with a compatible power rack with a free slot for the MVI56-MDA4 module. The module requires 800mA power supply. Rockwell Automation RSLogix 5000 Programming software version 2.51 or higher.

Rockwell Automation RSLinx communications software Pentium®II has a minimum of 450mhz. The Pentium III 733 MHz(or better) is recommended

Supported operating systems:

o Microsoft Windows XP Professional with Service Pack 1 or 2

o Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional comes with Service Pack 1, 2, or 3

o Microsoft Windows Server 2003 128mbytes of memory, 256mbytes of RAM recommended (up to 100 megabytes of available hard disk space depending on the application) Requirements)

* 256-color VGA graphics adapter, 800x 600 minimum resolution (1024 x 768 recommended for True Color) CD-ROM drive

Open a web browser and navigate to http://www.prosofttechnology.com/pcb2 click on the “download” link, download the latest version of the ProSoft configuration builder. 5 When the download is complete, locate and open the file, then follow the on-screen instructions for installing the program. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can install the ProSoft Configuration Builder from the ProSoft Solutions CD, included in the package with your MVI56-MDA4 module.

Install ProSoft Configuration Builder from the product CD

Procedure 1 Insert the ProSoft solution CD-ROM into the CD/DVD-ROM drive of the PC. Wait for the startup screen to appear.

2 On the startup page, click Product Documentation. This action opens the Explorer window.

3 Click to open the Utilities folder. This folder contains all the applications and the files needed to set up and configure the module.

4 Double-click the ProSoft Configuration Builder Setup program and follow the instructions for installing the software on your computer.
