IC200MDL750G high-density digital output module

The IC200MDL750 is part of the VersaMax I/O platform and is intended to be used as a component module for distributed I/O architectures. It requires the use of a carrier base that holds the wiring terminals for the module. With the carrier base, the module can be mounted horizontally or vertically onto a standard 35 mm DIN rail.

The IC200MDL750 has a physical size of 110 mm (4.3 in)x 66.8 mm (2.63 in)x 50 mm (1.956 in), excluding the size of the bracket base. Similar to other I/O modules, each output channel is equipped with a separate LED status indicator for local monitoring of module activity for each channel. In addition, an OK LED is provided to indicate the effective power supply for the backplane, with a maximum of 90 mA.

The IC200MDL750 is a high-density digital output module manufactured by Emerson Automation, formerly General Electric Intelligent Platforms (GE IP). The main feature of this module is that there are 32 output channels, divided into two groups, each group of 16 output channels. The module is usually used to start or excite electrical loads, such as solenoid starters, relay coils, indicators, and other devices with only two-state operation, especially two-state or on and off. Since the IC200MDL750 has A nominal voltage output of 12/24 VDC, an output voltage range of 10.2-30 VDC, and an output current of 0.5 A per channel, it is compatible for use with 24 VDC rated devices.
